1. Platform role
Shakawe Marketplace is a listing and ordering platform that connects customers with independent local businesses. We do not own, manufacture, sell, deliver or guarantee any product or service offered through the app.
2. Business accounts & subscriptions
Businesses pay a monthly subscription of P50 to be listed on the platform. Listings are publicly visible only while the subscription is active. Subscriptions are activated manually by the platform administrator.
3. Customer orders
Orders placed through the app are sent directly to the business. The customer and business are solely responsible for confirming, fulfilling and paying for the order. Shakawe Marketplace does not process payments between parties.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or misleading content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Limitation of liability
Shakawe Marketplace is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between customers and businesses, product quality, delivery issues, or service interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
